介紹 : 海上保安廳‧第七管區(九州)─新人海上保安官‧仙崎大輔所乘坐的巡視船「流」──出航了。其目的是接收到SOS訊號，前往救助中國籍漁船「鳳來號」。與偶然乘坐上去的新人新聞記者‧浦部美晴一起，向著礁岩中的「鳳來號」疾駛的「流」，在極限狀態中，人類能夠做到什麼？圍繞著海洋的熱血人間劇場，現在，就此展開……
